Ana Luiza believes that all human relationships are, at some point, legal. With her ability to listen carefully to people, she can create and implement legal solutions for each situation presented.
After more than 17 years of experience at renowned firms such as Mattos Filho, Tauil & Chequer (Mayer Brown), and Soares Bumachar, Ana Luiza founded Hallem Advocacia with her partners six years ago (May, 2019) and is immensely proud of this initiative.
She has always dedicated herself to areas such as M&A, corporate law, and corporate governance. Currently, Ana Luiza is focusing especially on individuals and family groups, helping to structure succession and asset plans. Her goal is to improve asset management, professionalize structures, and resolve conflicts efficiently.

With a solid background at renowned firms such as Mattos Filho, Tauil & Chequer (Mayer Brown), and Lefosse (Linklaters), she founded Hallem Advocacia with other partners six years ago (May, 2019), a significant milestone in her career.
Electricity and infrastructure are her great passions and specialties. With a direct and clear approach, Talita facilitates the understanding and application of regulations, the drafting of strategic contracts, and the resolution of conflicts. Her goal is simple: to avoid unnecessary losses and identify opportunities to maximize profits.
By combining her academic background and practical experience, she becomes a valuable partner for any company in the electricity sector seeking growth and success.
Eduardo Pedroso

With over 21 years of experience in corporate matters, especially contracts, Eduardo is a master at simplifying what is complex.
He is skilled in drafting, negotiating, and managing various contracts, and has expertise in dispute resolution, including claims.
He graduated from PUC/RJ and completed a dual LL.M. in Singapore (Global Business Law, from New York University - NYU, and International Law and Legal Studies, from the National University of Singapore – NUS). He then gained significant experience at AllBright Law Firm in Shanghai, China, where he lived for six months.
